About
C-level engineering leader, founding CTO and builder. VP of Engineering at Clara, leading a 140+ person org. Still shipping my own products: seven in 2026, three of them open source.
I'm an engineering executive with nearly two decades of experience building and scaling technology teams.
Currently, I serve as VP of Engineering at Clara (Financial Times fastest-growing, venture-backed fintech in LATAM, 2025 list), Latin America's leading corporate payment solution.
My focus areas include AI transformation initiatives and developing high-performance engineering organizations. I believe in building teams that combine technical excellence with strong product thinking.
Previously, I've held engineering leadership roles at Meta, Rent The Runway, Splice, and Pager Health. I also co-founded Glimpse as CTO, experiencing the full journey from zero to one.
