My focus areas include AI transformation initiatives and developing high-performance engineering organizations. I believe in building teams that combine technical excellence with strong product thinking.

Previously, I've held engineering leadership roles at Meta, Rent The Runway, Splice, and Pager Health. I also co-founded Glimpse as CTO, experiencing the full journey from zero to one.
